athilda Augart’s sculptures are an expression of her artistic vision, which focuses on viewing the human being as an architectural structure.
Inspired by her childhood fascination with the doll’s house of her ancestors, each room in this metaphorical house symbolizes a unique facet of the human character.
She sees this complex dollhouse in each individual, representing the complexity of feelings and experiences. Her art explores the meaning of self-knowledge and delves into the unconscious microcosm that encompasses dreams and the vast world of the subconscious. Through her sculptures, Augart attempts to play with these elements of dreams and build a bridge between dream and reality.
